A detailed development of 15 exceptional new build properties. In a secluded area of the Cotswold's our team applied all aspects of electrical installation to these stunning builds.

Brief:

Linnett Electrical were asked to install various high specification fittings throughout these newly renovated houses. The endeavour included installing smart features such as underfloor heating and remote boiler control.

​

As an additional challenge the team were asked to provide subtle exterior lighting that would complement the iconic Cotswold brickwork. In order to achieve this our engineers optimised both the positioning and type of fitting, this ensured minimal protruding features and maximum aesthetic appeal.
