Working in synergy with Fabric Developments LTD a spacious rear extension was developed, bespoke lighting installs have helped extenuate both the interior and exterior spaces.

Brief:

​

The Teams brief was to install interior and exterior lighting to aid the aesthetic appearance provided by Fabric Development. This required regular meetings with all stakeholders of the project to ensure conceptual lighting designs were feasible from an electrification aspect.

 

Power was supplied to all kitchen and diner appliances, with decorative centre table lights as a main kitchen feature. Weatherproof outdoor spotlights help illuminate a spacious patio area, with an intelligent CCTV and Security system for complete peace of mind.
