A high end refurbishment to a sublime Victorian building. Various custom installations have helped shape this extravagant residence.

 

​Brief:

Our Engineers were requested to complete a full house refurb with several unique spaces, the client was very specific with their needs and our team were happy to approach the challenge.

​

A recessed compartment within the shower was illuminated with soft ambient lighting and finished with a frosted glass panel to give a well-lit and relaxing showering experience.

​

Hidden cable management allowed the TV room to have a sleek and tidy appearance, direct data feed was also installed behind the walls to allow seamless video streaming – available anywhere in the property.

​

Finally a large Chandelier was installed to provide a traditional theme with a modernised touch.
